Jerome Russell Bblonde Toner Review

a468a3d4-8d14-4c27-947f-c0c2fb254fb8wallpaperAs most of you know I went from brown to blonde at home!

I used bleach and all sorts of horrible things on my hair and came out with a lovely bright ORANGE! Not the look I was going for to say the least.

I did a lot of research on turning brassy to classy and one of the most mentioned and affordable products was Jerome Russel Bblonde Toner. I use the shade Campaign Blonde

I found it in my local Savers for £2.99. Its semi permanent but for that price you can afford to keep using it.

This is the second time I have used it so here are my thoughts!

Application

Its a very easy product to apply. You wash your hair with shampoo and towel dry. I always add in a bit of de-tangling spray to save my hair from breaking and knotting up. It doesn’t come with gloves or anything fancy, you literally pour it into your hand and lathIMG_2417er it into your hair like a shampoo. Very easy! You stick a plastic bag or shower cap over your hair, blow dry it for 5 minutes and leave it for a further 25 minutes.  You then wash it out thoroughly and apply conditioner as normal!

As you can see from the picture I really like the results. It just takes out the brassy tones in your hair. It doesn’t lighten in any way. It has no peroxide so your hair isn’t going to hate you anymore than it already does! One con though, it doesn’t last very long! It says up to 8 washes. Id say it probably lasts me about 3 weeks before I have to do it all over again.

All in all id give it a 4 out of 5!

What products do you use to go from brassy to classy??

Have a beautiful day xxx
